【製作背後】belmont ALL-IN-ONE Titan Dripper & Cooker Set 四合一戶外咖啡工具誕生
可曾想過, 背包內只需為鈦鍋預留一個10.6 x 10.3cm的空間, 就可以帶著鍋內一應俱全的濾杯, 濾架, 甚至咖啡杯通山走, 享受野外手沖咖啡? belmont x 日本野外料理KOL 小雀陣二 共同研發的 「ALL-IN-ONE Titan Dripper & Cooker Set」就在這樣的構想下誕生, 實現了咖啡控對野外咖啡裝備ALL-IN-ONE的夢想!
Have you ever thought of just allocating a 10.6 x 10.3cm space for a titanium cooker in your backpack , then you can carry along your dripper, dripper stand and coffee mug to everywhere and enjoy outdoor pour-over? Space or weight is no longer an issue. That is exactly the crossover product idea of belmont and the Japanese camping KOL spurv.
285g的空間演出
新登場的 TITANIUM DRIPPER & COOKER SET, 總重量約 285g, 共有 4 個組件：
1) 濾杯 (9.5 x 8cm)
2) 濾架 (直徑 9.4cm)
3) 350ml 雙層鈦杯(內徑/把手摺合後 7.9 ×8.1cm)
4) 730ml 鈦鍋 (外徑 10.6cm（內徑 9.6）×10.3cm
很難想像, 在只有 10.6cm x 10.3cm大的鈦鍋內, 同時住了雙層鈦杯(最底層), 鈦濾杯, 鋁濾架, 彼此微妙上下層疊, 不會留有多餘空間, ALL-IN-ONE 蓋上鍋蓋, 整套收入尼龍套後, 就可以輕鬆帶著登山涉水手沖靚咖啡。
belmont Titanium Dripper Cooker Set is a complete outdoor pour-over system ingeniously packed away inside a single cooker. The titanium set includes a cooker (730ml), a double-walled mug (350ml), a dripper (9.5 x 8cm) and an aluminium dripper stand (diameter 9.4cm). The total weight is only 285g. The cooker comes with a foldable handle makes it easy to pack up and carry away. It can also serve the function of cooking. Perfect size for one minimalist.
ALL-IN-ONE 手沖咖啡
帶著這外型冼練的「ALL-IN-ONE」 到達營地後, 把組合逐件抖出來, 首先用鈦鍋煮沸水, 趁空手磨自選咖啡豆, 再把濾杯和濾架置在雙層鈦杯上, 放入錐型濾紙。當水煮滾了, 把鈦鍋的 V型注水口向著濾杯, 注入85度熱水, 把濾紙打濕, 倒入即磨咖啡粉, 開始打圈手沖咖啡了! 深呼吸嘆一嘆咖啡香氣, 就可用雙層鈦杯呷一口美味的濾泡咖啡...
When you are ready for brewing, let's get your water to boil with the cooker first. Then put the dripper stand and dripper accordingly on the mug. Place conical paper in the dripper and fill it with coffee grounds, pouring hot water through it. Then you can enjoy your single cup of coffee.

ALL-IN-ONE Titanium Dripper-Cooker Set, 利用野外營具設計中常見的層疊法, 把手沖咖啡過程中所需的多個組件收納在 10.6 x 10.3cm 的鍋空間內, 這種巧妙的空間設計, 不禁令人想起 belmont的 DUTCH IN DUTCH 迷你荷蘭鍋中鍋 -- 本身既可獨當一面做荷蘭鍋, 也可收入在大荷蘭鍋內發揮所長。原來 Titan Dripper-Cooker Set, 也是日本野外料理KOL 小雀陣二 (spurv) 聯乘 belmont 共同研發的的最新產品, 不過今次挑戰的是輕量化和一體化。
belmont japan 表示, 開始研發 ALL-IN-ONE 時, 是以濾杯的尺寸和形狀作為先決條件, 從而構思其他組件的尺寸及形狀, 要令所有組件共住於同一空間內, 相安無事, 每一件的尺寸都是「差之毫釐, 謬之千里」, 在研發的過程中, 要不斷的試行和修正(試行錯誤), 整整花了一年的時間才成功面世, 得來不易。
As a perfect nestling set, every item nests in each other tightly. In order to crave out the exact space, the product took 1 year to develop through trial & error. 
限制. 克服
鈦杯的設計上, 由於濾杯有其既定尺寸（不能太小），為了令所有配件可以收納在同一個鈦鍋內，就得先從鈦杯著手，把鈦杯的杯口切割至符合鈦鍋的大小， 既可收入鍋內又要just fit。結果, 杯口變闊了，整個杯子變得像矮矮圓圓的雙層咖啡杯, 可說是神來之筆。
鍋的設計上, 所有組件(杯/濾杯/濾架) 上下層疊一起之際, 假如濾架和鍋蓋之間有太多空隙, 携帶時就會發出亙相踫撞的雜音, 為了減少這情況, 就得將所有組件亙相緊扣, 調整鈦鍋的高度。
細水長流的鍋蓋
Pour-over, 手沖濾泡式咖啡 -- 是工具簡單卻最能體現單品咖啡原汁原味的咖啡沖煮方法, 過程中水流的控制很重要, 纖細的壺嘴可以讓咖啡沖泡得比較平均。同時擔當手沖壺的鈦鍋(730ml)為要做到細長水流的效果, 鍋身的V型注水口和鍋蓋的接合位, 不能太緊也不能太鬆, 所以研發時要不斷調整出水量, 修正(切割)注水口的闊度。
鍋蓋模型的研發都不是一TAKE過, 而是要到第二個模型才成功。
ALL-IN-ONE Titanium Dripper Cooker Set 的研發, 果然是要經過重重克服, 這也是營具設計的好玩之處吧。
